Shipping Policy

BUGIZ ships authorized DJI and BetaFPV products worldwide from our fulfillment hub in Singapore. All orders are processed by our team within one business day and dispatched via tracked, insured courier.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order or back-order items: estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Singapore public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates & Carriers

  • Singapore — 1 to 2 business days via local express courier.
  • Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam) — 2 to 5 business days via DHL Express or FedEx.
  • Asia Pacific (Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Hong Kong) — 3 to 6 business days via DHL Express or FedEx.
  • Europe & United Kingdom — 4 to 8 business days via DHL Express.
  • United States & Canada — 4 to 8 business days via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority.
  • Middle East, Africa, South America — 6 to 12 business days via DHL Express.

Every order ships with a tracking number that is emailed to you the moment the package is collected by the courier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Orders to Singapore above USD 500 ship free. Heavy or oversized items, such as enterprise drones and full payload kits, may incur an additional handling fee that will be quoted at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. BUGIZ declares the full commercial value on shipping documents in line with international regulations.

Regulated Goods & Batteries

Lithium-polymer drone batteries are shipped in compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods regulations. Some destinations may require additional documentation or restrict shipment of certain battery capacities. If a battery cannot legally be shipped to your country, our team will contact you within one business day with options.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Parcels

All shipments are fully insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, refuses delivery, or fails to arrive within the carrier's stated window, please contact contact@bugizltd.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.
