Refund & Returns Policy
We want every BUGIZ customer to fly with complete confidence. If something is not right with your order, here is exactly how we will make it right.
30-Day Right to Return
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and protective film intact. Sealed software, firmware activation codes, propellers, batteries that have been charged, and any item visibly used outdoors are non-returnable for safety and resale reasons.
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@bugizltd.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will reply within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original box, write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton, and ship to the address provided.
Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed defect.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 business days of arrival), we will email confirmation and process your refund to the original payment method. Banks typically post refunds within 5 to 10 business days. International credit card refunds may take longer depending on your issuer.
Manufacturer Warranty & DOA
All products sold by BUGIZ are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty: 12 months for DJI consumer and enterprise drones, 6 months for BetaFPV airframes, and 90 days for batteries and accessories. If your product is dead-on-arrival (DOA) or fails within the warranty period, contact us and we will coordinate the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you would like our team to coordinate a direct exchange, we are happy to do so, subject to stock availability.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order will need to be processed as a standard return upon delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Used or charged lithium-polymer batteries.
- Propellers that have been flown.
- Activated firmware codes, software keys, or downloadable content.
- Custom-built or special-order items.
