Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For enterprise and large orders, we also support bank transfer in USD or SGD — contact our team for an invoice.
Are your products genuine and brand-new?+
Yes. BUGIZ is an authorized retailer for DJI and BetaFPV. Every product is sourced direct from the manufacturer, sealed, with full manufacturer warranty registered in your name.
Can I order before launch or for back-ordered items?+
Pre-orders and back-orders are accepted on items marked as such on the product page. We will not charge your card until the item is ready to ship, and the estimated dispatch date is shown before checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from and to?+
All orders ship from our Singapore HQ to over 25 countries across Asia Pacific, Europe, the UK, US, Canada, and the Middle East. Full destination matrix is on our Shipping Policy.
How long does delivery take?+
In-stock items leave our hub within 1 business day. Singapore: 1–2 days. Southeast Asia: 2–5 days. Asia Pacific / Europe / North America: 3–8 days via DHL Express or FedEx, fully tracked and insured.
Will I be charged customs duties?+
International shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes determined by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare full commercial value in line with international regulations.
Can you ship lithium-polymer batteries?+
Yes, under IATA Dangerous Goods regulations. Some destinations restrict battery capacities — if a battery cannot legally be shipped to your country, our team will reach out within one business day with options.
Returns, Warranty & Service
What is your return policy?+
30-day right to return on unused, unopened items in original packaging. Full terms on our Refund Policy page.
What warranty do I get?+
12 months on DJI consumer and enterprise drones, 6 months on BetaFPV airframes, and 90 days on batteries and accessories. Our team handles all warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Do you repair drones?+
Yes. The BUGIZ repair lab in Singapore handles firmware, gimbal, battery, and motor service for DJI and BetaFPV. Email contact@bugizltd.com with photos of the issue and your serial number for a quote.
Do you offer aerial services?+
Yes — survey, mapping, inspection, and cinematography flown by our certified in-house pilots across Singapore and the wider region. Send us a brief at contact@bugizltd.com.
