BUGIZ stands behind every drone, accessory, and payload we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund in line with the terms below.

Return Window

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • Returned in the original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, cables, propellers, batteries, and documentation
  • Free of damage caused by use, crashes, water exposure, or unauthorized modification

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: customer or BUGIZ]. For items received damaged or incorrectly shipped, BUGIZ will cover return shipping and arrange a prepaid label.

Restocking Fee

Refund Processing

Exclusions

  • Spare parts that have been installed
  • Aerial services already rendered, including pilot training, mapping, surveying, and photography/videography engagements
  • Special-order or custom-configured enterprise systems, unless defective on arrival

Manufacturer Warranty

DJI and BetaFPV products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims outside our return window, we will assist you in coordinating directly with the manufacturer.
